According to a BBC One-Minute World News website post, “How Alcohol Affects the Brain,” Professor David Nutt, a [British] government adviser, who chairs the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, stated, “If alcohol were invented today, it would be classified as a drug and restricted.”
